Registration FAQs

Which camp is best for my athlete?
Our goal is for our camps to truly be the best volleyball camp experience ever for all athletes. We do our best to group campers into courts based on age, years of experience, skill, and, when we can, friends/roommate preferences with the hope that no matter which camp your athlete attends, they are able to be challenged and grow their skills at the level that is best for them.

We generally recommend the College Experience and Elite Skills camps for athletes who have an interest in playing volleyball at the collegiate level. Both camps are open for athletes beginning in the 7th grade and are best suited for athletes with multiple years of club and school volleyball experience.

All Skills and Position Skills camps are great camps for athletes looking to prepare for upcoming school and club volleyball team tryouts. These camps cover the key skills coaches are looking for and introduce high level skills with the proper technique. Both All Skills and Position Skills camps are also led by our Baylor Volleyball coaching staff and athletes and offer the same attention to detail and engaging environment!

The biggest difference between the Position Skills and All Skills camps is that in the Position Skills camp, athletes are separated onto courts based on their volleyball position, pin hitter (outside/right-side), setter, defensive specialist/libero, or middle hitter.

If you have any questions about which camp is best for your athlete, please send us an email at buvbcamp@gmail.com we’d be happy to help!

Can boys attend camp?
A: 99% of our campers are female so we find that most male players don't feel comfortable attending our camps; However, boys may register and attend as commuters. If you would like to register your son please let us know via email and we will get back to you!

Are there any discounts or scholarships?
We offer discounts for families who register multiple children. This discount is no longer applied automatically on our new registration system. To receive this discount please register and pay full price and fill out this form. We will issue the refund within 5 business days. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScYsot3SzbStwHmirkrFOgp1iPNGkctv3yUWAZoQFQLJXn9Bw/viewform?usp=preview
