Ryan McGuyre Baylor Volleyball Camps Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refund/Cancellation Policy

You may pay for camp in full at the time of registration or delay payment using pre-set payment plan. If you select a payment plan the initial payment in non-refundable.
If you choose a payment plan, funds will be automatically drafted from your account on the pre-set dates of the plan.
Payment/Installment plans are available at the time of registration. Custom payment plans can also be available please email us for more information on custom payment plans. buvbcamp@gmail.com
No refunds will be issued for a camper withdrawing once camp session startsunless it is a documented medical emergency
No refunds will be issued for missing part of a campunless it is a documented medical emergency
All requests for cancellation/refund must be submitted IN WRITING tobuvbcamp@gmail.com
The final day to cancel and receive a full refund is 6/21.

All Skills/Position Skills/Baylor Bundle refund requests submitted on or after 6/22 will be subject to the following:

Cancellations between 6/22-6/30 – 50% refund
No refund for registrations cancelled on or after 7/1/2026. We do not allow refunds after this date as we have already booked housing, meals, and assigned a roommate to your camper!!!

Elite Skillsrefund requests submitted on or after 6/22 will be subject to the following:
Cancellations between 6/22-6/30 – 50% refund
Cancellations between 7/1-7/5 – 25% refund
No refund for registrations cancelled on or after 7/6/2026. We do not allow refunds after this date as we have already booked housing, meals, and assigned a roommate to your camper!!!
