Ryan McGuyre Baylor Volleyball Camps Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• You may pay for camp in full at the time of registration or delay payment using a pre-set payment plan. If you select the payment plan option a non-refundable initial payment is required.
• If you choose a payment plan, payments will be automatically drafted from the card you used to register
• No refunds will be issued for a camper withdrawing once camp session starts unless it is for a documented medical emergency.
• No refunds will be issued for missing part of a camp unless it is for a documented medical emergency
• All requests for cancellation/refund must be submitted IN WRITING to buvbcamp@gmail.com
• The final day to cancel and receive a full refund for ALL CAMPS is 6/22. 
• Refunds submitted on or after 6/23 are subject to the following:
  • Cancellations between 6/23-7/1 – 50% refund
  • Cancellations between 7/1-7/4 – 25% refund
  • Cancellations on or after 7/5 – 0% refund
    • We do not allow refunds after this date as we have already booked housing, meals, and assigned a roommate to your camper.
